What is EMDR?

Eye movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) was developed by trauma therapy specialists to help your brain process and release traumatic memories in unusual ways through eye movement or bilateral tapping. This allows your brain to reprocess and work through traumatic memories in natural functions to recover from the effects and symptoms of trauma using both sides of your brain. This includes a eight phases to reprocess each memory or thought that has been impacting you.
