How counselling works

Counselling is a talking Therapy by a trained therapist in an emotionally safe space to help you discover, explore and clarify different ways of leading a more satisfying and resourceful life using methods and strategies based on regular personal interaction. This will help you change behaviours, increase wellbeing, overcome problems, behaviours, belief systems, thoughts and emotions.
